About the Team

PT DANS MULTI PRO is a leading IT solutions provider in Indonesia, dedicated to delivering high-quality digital products. As a Frontend Developer within our Engineer department, you will work on a contract basis to develop and enhance applications using Kotlin, Java, and ReactJS, ensuring they meet the highest business and product standards. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Backend Engineers, and QA teams throughout the entire development lifecycle. From implementing Jetpack Compose interfaces to managing dependency injection with Koin, your role is pivotal in maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performing applications. In this role, you will participate in Agile sprints, conduct code reviews, and stay ahead of the curve with the latest Android technologies, all while working in a collaborative and professional environment.

Job Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Java Android, Kotlin, ReactJS applications based on business and product requirements.
• Implement new features and improve existing functionalities using Kotlin and Android best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst, Backend Engineers, and QA Engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Integrate and maintain RESTful APIs, handle data mapping, and implement robust error handling.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established architecture and coding standards.
• • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and team productivity.
• Develop user interfaces using both XML and Jetpack Compose based on design specifications.
• Implement dependency injection using Koin to improve modularity, scalability, and testability.
• Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure application stability.
• Investigate and fix bugs, crashes, ANRs, and performance-related issues.
• Monitor application quality through analytics, logging, and crash reporting tools.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and other Agile development activities.
• Continuously learn and adopt new Android technologies and development best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Android application development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and good understanding of Java.
• Experience developing Android applications using Android SDK and Jetpack libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Dependency Injection using Koin.
• Experience building user interfaces using XML and Jetpack Compose.
• Good understanding of Android Architecture components such as ViewModel, LiveData, StateFlow, Navigation,
• and Lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture and MVVM design patterns.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON serialization/deserialization.
• Understanding of Coroutines, Flow, and asynchronous programming concepts.
• Experience using Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of unit testing and Android testing frameworks.
• Understanding of application performance optimization, memory management, and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
